The FDL Housing Division wants to ensure
that goods, services and construction contracts are procured efficiently
while promoting full and open competition in contracting. We strive to
provide safeguards for maintaining a system of quality and integrity so
that we are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Bidders are expected to examine the project’s specifications, drawings,
all instructions, and, if relevant, the construction site. Failure to do
so will be at the bidder’s risk. All bids must be submitted on the forms
provided by the FDL Housing Division; bidders shall furnish all of the
information required by the solicitation and must sign the bid.
