The Fond du Lac Insurance Company
and board were established in June 1991 to oversee the administration
of all benefit programs for the FDL Reservation employees in a manner
that maximizes employee benefits under applicable federal law and
separates the programs from the processes of tribal government.
The Fond du Lac Insurance Company Board of Directors is composed of
five members. Members include the Executive Director of the
Reservation Business Committee as a permanent member. One Board
member is selected from the Division Directors. The three remaining
board members are selected by and from among the employee participants
at large. Board members serve two-year terms and elections are held
yearly.
The Board meets monthly; employees are welcome to present their
concerns and/or suggestions at the monthly meeting. Contact any
