Certified letters to loan participants announcing specific meeting
times and loan repayment procedures
June 10, 2011-Sarbanes-Oxley
Act Notice mailed to your home from Diversified-this notice will
inform you about the black-out period, which is a period of time
when you will not have access to make changes to your Fidelity
account. This notice is required by the Employees Retirement Income
Securities Act (ERISA), Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Department of
Labor.
June 10, 2011-Qualified Change
in Investment Options mailed to your home along with the
Sarbanes-Oxley Act Notice-this notice provides detail on the new
investment option and fund mapping. Fund mapping is the process of
transferring your account balance to new funds that are similar in
their investment objectives and composition.
June 20, 2011-Smart Moves
Newsletter-Diversified’s newsletter describes the transition process
with details on the upcoming changes and the additional resources
available through Diversified.
July 2011 - Welcome Kits-
Diversified will mail the kits once your information has been
transferred to them.
July 2011 - Conversion
Statements-an account statement from Diversified will be mail to you
once your Fidelity account has been transferred.

Individual ten minute one-on one sessions will be available at all
three sites
