Get Fit:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00 pm Tribal Center Gym
Get in, get out in 45 min while building muscle strength and endurance

Water Aerobics: Tribal Center Pool
Mondays and Wednesdays 8:15 am (elders only)
