Human Services Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
Medical clients are not scheduled from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. 
The medical clinics are not equipped to handle emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening situation, please go directly to the nearest emergency room.
 

After hour calls 

Medical

Weekdays after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends/holidays client calls are answered by a phone service. All clients should call the Min No Aya Win Human Services Center at (218) 879-1227 for after hours medical services. The physician will return your call. 

Social Services

The Families First and Families First Wraparound program staff are available for emergency calls 24 hours a day only for the families who are currently on their caseload.

Families who need to speak to the Families First worker after-hours on weekends or holidays should call (218) 726-1370 ext. 4125 for Families First and ext. 4131 for Families First Wraparound. 

An advocate for Domestic Abuse, Child Abuse, Sexual Assault and General Crime victims in on-call after hours and weekends at 
(218) 348-1817.
 

Mental Health

The Fond du Lac Mental Health Counselors do not take calls after hours. For mental health emergencies such as the threat of suicide, contact the Human Development Center 1-800-634-8775.
