The Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) was enacted by the Fond du Lac
Reservation Business Committee. TERO promotes the social and economic
development of the Band and its members through the implementation of
the Indian preference standards set forth in this ordinance for
employment on or near the Fond du Lac Reservation, and as a condition to
all contracts to which the Fond du Lac Band is a party.
