PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Controls security and placement of all items checked into the coat check room. Assists with special promotions of the Casino by stamping hands, validating coupons, answering questions, etc. Answers customer questions about casino operations and surrounding area or refers the customer to someone who can. Develops rapport with and acts as a team back-up to all guest services.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged standing is required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers is required. Ability to work independently while maintaining a close relationship with all departments and supervisors is required. Knowledge of data entry procedures is desired. Must be available to work all shifts.
HOURS: Shift work. Shift to be determined at time of hire.
