Position Announcement



  • Responsible for daily auditing and balancing of guest accounts, including all transactions therein.
  • May also serve as a night shift guest service/front desk representative.
  • Post all daily room charges to guest ledger.
  • Post all other charges for the day not previously posted to guest ledger.
  • Post all other charges for the day not previously posted to guest ledger.
  • Handles all front desk transactions during the night shift (normally 12:00 am to 7:00 am)
  • Audits guest ledger charges from all departments and balances to control sheets.
  • Determines guest ledger balances at close of day central figures and ascertains that the total of all guest ledger folios are in agreement.
  • Complete all recap forms.
  • Prepares credit card billings.
  • Must attend all required Title 31/SAR trainings.
  • Responsible for security of guest and must be knowledgeable of evacuation and safety procedures.
  • Recognizes that employees have certain responsibilities which affect the operational efficiency of the hotel.
  • Maintains proper attendance in accordance with hotel policy. Reports to work on time in accordance with hotel policy. Provides adequate notice to supervisor prior to absence or lateness in accordance with hotel policy.
  • Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the casino, and its responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of every person (visitors and co-workers).
  • Due to changes and modifications in your job from time to time, we require employees to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as management sees necessity, some assignments may not be listed in this description at this time.


  • Normal physical requirements with some prolonged walking required.
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions, including working in a smoking environment.


  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
  • Ability to work with little supervision is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively is required.
  • Ability to work well with people is required.
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills are required.
  • Knowledge of ten key, telephone and reservations systems is desired.
