School Clothing Assistance Program

Starting in August, for the 2008-2009 school year, school clothing assistance checks will be issued to enrolled children.

No forms will be mailed to members.

**Band members who are under the age of 6 or over 16 as of Sept. 1, 2008 must provide proof of school enrollment by September 30, 2008.

Checks will be issued directly to each enrolled child by August 15, 2008. Parents will need to endorse the checks for the younger children.

Please make sure that mailing addresses are current.

The amount of assistance depends on the child’s age as of Sept. 1, 2008.

Children   3-6         $200.00
Children   7-12       $250.00
Children   13-18     $300.00
