Weight Watchers® at Home

Obesity can lead to serious health problems, including type 2 diabetes and heart disease (high cholesterol and high blood pressure).  Genetics, environment, behaviors, eating habits and lack of physical activity are all contributors to obesity.
There isn’t an easy way to lose and maintain body weight. Obesity is a complex issue that cannot be resolved by a fad diet. People who have lost weight on fad diets tend to regain it quickly once the diet is discontinued.
Weight Watchers is a lifestyle modification program recognized as a safe and sensible way to manage your weight and has been around for over 40 years. The program includes healthful food choices, physical activity and regular follow-up.
In the fight against obesity, we need to change our habits for a lifetime. The Weight Watchers At Home Program offers the tools and support to help do this. The At Home Kit includes all the tools necessary to follow the Weight Watchers Program.
