Dear Parents/Guardians,

Aaniin! My name is Breekin Sheldon and I will be your child’s 1st grade teacher. I would like to welcome you and your child to 1st grade. This is my fourth year teaching 1st grade at Fond du Lac Ojibwe School. I am very excited to have the opportunity to work with your child for the up coming school year.

During the school year, your child will be working hard in class. They will be bringing home homework on a nightly basis. That homework will usually consist of reading, and learning the weekly spelling words. Occasionally, your student will have math homework, so please keep an eye open for that.
