Say "Boozhoo" (Hello) to Kirstie

Kirstie is wearing a Jingle Dress.  The Jingle Dress is traditionally worn after a female has had a special dream.  Her dress is made of a floral calico fabric with jingles of silver and gold.

The jingles are made of snuff can lids rolled into cones.  These jingles represent the sound of water or thunder.  Kirstie is also wearing a bone choker, a concho belt, black satin leggings, and high lace-up moccasins.  In her braided hair, she is wearing a single eagle feather.

Kirstie is carrying an eagle feather fan and a bandolier bag.  Jingle dresses may also be made of velvet fabric.

Jingle Dress Dancers dance with one hand on their hips in a bouncing, side-to-side motion, keeping time to the music.  They must stop with both feet on the ground.
