Early Childhood
The early childhood component is
based on a developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum. This
curriculum focuses on the child’s broad developmental skills that emerge
during the preschool years.
The child’s cognitive, physical
social and emotional skills are developed through active exploration and
investigation, personal discovery, reorganization of their physical
environment and verbal interaction with peers and adults.
The Early Childhood
component of the FACE Program used the curriculum developed by the High
Scope Foundation.
