Adult Education

The adult education component is designed to extend basic education skills. Active learning strategies peer collaboration, and individual work plans are designed to connect academic subjects to student personal experiences.

The adult education component encompasses more than basic skills or preparation for the GED. It is designed so that students of all abilities will be equipped to think critically and creatively, set goals and solve problems, and acquire interpersonal skills that are needed for participation in our society.

The Fond du Lac FACE Program's Adult Education component is modeled after the National Center for Family Literacy.  To Learn more about the National Center for family Literacy click on their logo.
